You will begin your exploration adventure experience with Tarangire National Park a spectacular site for nature lovers. You will encounter several species from birds and primates to mammals such as elephants, lions, zebras, hippos, leopards, wildebeests, and jackals. Your trip will then take you to Arusha National Park for a game drive and walking safari. These experiences will take you through the park and encounter the different species while in the comfort of your vehicle and on foot. Your 2 days – 1 night Tarangire and Arusha National Park will start and end in Zanzibar.
We will pick you up from your hotel in Zanzibar, road transfer to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport for your morning flight (07.00 / 07.50 / 08.00) to Arusha where your professional driver guide will be waiting for you.
Upon arrival, you will be met, greeted, and briefed on your program and start your journey with a picnic lunch (packed lunch) to Tarangire National Park for your amazing full day game drive, afterward drive back to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay at Pazuri Inn or Kibo Palace Hotel Arusha or Arusha Serena Hotel in Arusha or Lake Duluti Lodge or similar).
Tarangire is the 6th largest National Park in Tanzania covering an area of 2,600 km2, it is a wonderful birding destination and hosts animals like elephants, lions, zebras, hippos, leopards, wildebeests, jackals, etc. Its landscape is made up of various baobab trees.

After breakfast, drive to Arusha National Park with a picnic lunch (packed lunch) for a morning game drive and walking safari to enjoy the scenery of the waterfalls where you will have a chance to take photos of different animals and landscapes.
After the above tours, drive to Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar where your driver will be waiting for you to transfer to your respective hotels.
Arusha National Park covers Mount Meru, a prominent volcano with an elevation of 4566 m, in the Arusha Region of northeastern Tanzania. The park is small but varied with spectacular landscapes in three distinct areas. In the west, the Meru Crater funnels the Jekukumia River; the peak of Mount Meru lies on its rim. Ngurdoto Crater in the southeast is grassland. The shallow alkaline Momella Lakes in the northeast have varying algal colors and are known for their wading birds.
